The setup guide, in full

Word for word what the connect form asks, in the order it asks. Nothing here wants your GoHighLevel password — the credentials below are ones you create and can revoke.

  1. 1

    What's your Location ID?

It names the sub-account that receives the posts.

    1. 1In GoHighLevel, open the sub-account you want to publish to.
    2. 2Click Settings, then Business Profile.
    3. 3Copy the Location ID shown there and paste it below.
    4. 4It is also in the address bar, after /location/.
  2. 2

    Create a Private Integration

Not under Settings? Turn on Private Integrations in Labs.

    1. 1In the same sub-account, go to SettingsPrivate Integrations.
    2. 2Click Create new Integration and name it .
    3. 3Click Next and select every Blogs scope.
    4. 4Click Create Integration.
  3. 3

    Paste your Private Integration token

    Starts with pit-.

    1. 1Copy the token and paste it below.
    2. 2HighLevel shows it only once. Lost it? Create a new integration.

If it doesn’t connect

The checklist the connect form shows when a test fails. Check each one in order.

  • The token starts with pit- and was copied in full.
  • The Private Integration has the Blogs scopes enabled.
  • The Location ID belongs to the same sub-account as the token.
  • The location has at least one blog created in Sites -> Blogs.

GoHighLevel is not open yet

The GoHighLevel connector is built, but we have not yet watched one publish a real article and come back reachable — so its tile is shown and not choosable, and the steps above are what connecting will involve once it opens. The Publishing grid marks which platforms are open today.
