1Before the next content sprint

Find the searches people make when they're choosing a tool.

You've shipped posts that brought readers and no trials. Your plan marks every search by what the searcher wants, from learning to comparing to buying, with monthly searches and a difficulty score from 0 to 100. Filter to the comparing ones and you've got the list worth writing for.

  • Every search marked learning, comparing or buying
  • Monthly searches and difficulty on each
  • The searches you already show up for, marked

2The competitor in every deal

See the searches your competitors rank for and you don't.

You know who you lose deals to. Keep them on your rival list and the plan shows what each one ranks for, the page that ranks, and whether you show up at all. You'll pick from searches that already work for a product like yours.

  • Their searches, and the page that ranks for each
  • Whether your site shows up for the same search
  • G2, Reddit and other directories flagged, so they don't crowd your rival list

3Feature page or blog post?

Give each search one page, so your pages don't compete.

You've had a feature page and a blog post chase the same search, and neither won. Every search you confirm goes to one page. Each page is marked live, covered by a page you already have, or one to build.

  • One main search per page
  • A warning when two of your pages compete
  • Live, covered or build on every page

4The pages you haven't built

See the pages your site is missing.

When someone asks what to build next quarter, you'll have it drawn out. The site your searches call for sits beside the one you have, and each suggested page is an outline you keep or dismiss.

5When buyers ask ChatGPT

See the questions buyers ask ChatGPT when choosing a tool.

People now ask ChatGPT which tool to use, in full sentences. From the searches you pick, the plan writes questions like those and ties each one to a page on your site. The free plan shows all the AI questions mapped to your pages.

  • Questions for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Mode
  • Each question tied to a page in your plan
  • Remove any that don't sound like your buyers

6Planning the quarter

Plan the quarter with a keyword and a date on every page.

On a paid plan, your strategy lands on a content calendar: every article and page with its keyword and its date. Drag a post to another day, swap a keyword, or send the plan to whoever signs it off. Writing from the calendar opens in October.

  • A keyword and a date on every card
  • Drag a post to a new day
  • Writing from the calendar opens in October

And the small stuff, handled

  • What you don't sell stays out. Tell it what you don't offer and nothing gets planned for it.

  • Runs while you're away. Close the tab and the research keeps going.

  • Up to five countries. Each one is researched on its own, with its own numbers.

  • No padded lists. Spelling variants of one search count once, marked +N variants.

  • Run it again. Changed your positioning or your market? Re-run the analysis.

  • Nothing changes on your site. The plan reads your pages. It never edits them.

Questions SaaS teams ask

Is SaaS SEO different from other SEO?

The work is the same. What changes is which searches pay: people comparing tools, looking for an alternative, or trying to do one job. Your plan marks every search by what the searcher wants, so you can put those first.

Is the first plan really free?

Yes, with no card. It covers the research, your searches, your competitors, the page for each search and every AI question mapped to your pages. A new account also gets a 7-day free trial, with no card, that adds page titles and the content calendar. After that they need a paid plan.

Can it tell which searches bring sign-ups?

Not directly. It marks each search by what the searcher wants and how hard it is to win, which is where sign-ups usually come from. Your own analytics tell you which pages convert.

Does it write the articles?

Writing opens to customers in October. Until then, the content calendar on a paid plan gives your writer each article's topic, its keyword and the pages it links to.

Does it track where we show up in ChatGPT?

No. It writes the questions buyers ask AI assistants and ties each to a page, so you know what those pages need to answer. It doesn't watch the answers.

How long does it take?

About six to eight minutes. Setup is seven short screens, mostly checking what we filled in from your homepage. The research takes three to five minutes more, and it keeps going if you close the tab.

Plan the next sprint from the searches buyers make.
