Programme rules
These are the terms you accept when your referral link is issued. Nothing here is buried in a PDF; it is the same list your dashboard shows.
- 1. Commissions apply only to new customers
Affiliate rewards are paid only for first-time SearchBlueprint customers. Existing users, self-referrals, or reactivated accounts are not eligible.
- 2. Commission activates after the second active website
Affiliate commission becomes eligible only once at least 2 referred customers have a paid subscription. We do not pay out for 1 single referral.
- 3. Recurring commission period
Once activated, affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on the customer's subscription payments for the lifetime of the customer. There is no 12-month cutoff and no cap.
- 4. Your referrals get 10% off
Anyone who signs up through your link is charged 10% less than list price for as long as they stay subscribed. Your 20% is calculated on what they actually pay, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. There is nothing for them to type in.
- 5. No self-referrals or abuse
Commissions will not be paid for:
- Your own accounts or businesses
- Accounts created to bypass pricing or discounts
- Duplicate domains, emails, or payment methods
- Existing SearchBlueprint customers adding new sites
- 6. Multi-site customers encouraged
Customers managing multiple websites should use official multi-site plans.
- 7. Right to review
SearchBlueprint may review referrals at any time to ensure compliance with these rules, and reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of abuse and terminate affiliate status.

Questions partners ask
How long does the commission last?
For the lifetime of the customer. If a business you referred is still paying in year four, you are still earning 20% in year four. There is no 12-month cutoff and no cap on how many customers you refer.
How are referrals tracked?
By your referral link. Clicking it sets an attribution that lasts 90 days, and the referral is bound to the account when it is created, so a considered B2B decision that takes six weeks still pays you. Your dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, who is paying and what you have earned, updated as each payment clears. If something ever looks wrong, email us: attribution is a conversation, not a lost commission.
Why does commission need two paying customers before it pays out?
It keeps the programme aimed at partners genuinely recommending the product rather than at one-off self-referrals, which is what lets us pay 20% for life instead of a smaller rate for twelve months. Commission still ACCRUES from your first paying referral; it is simply held until the second one starts paying, at which point the whole balance becomes payable. Nothing is forfeited by getting there slowly.
