Agency reporting

Your brand on the deliverable

Branded PDF reports, branded share pages, and client logins scoped to one project. For agencies that sell SEO under their own name.

Clients judge an agency by the deliverable, and most tools stamp their own name across it.

The usual escape is hours in a slide deck every month, rebuilding numbers the tool already holds. You want a report the client reads as yours, from a surface that shows nothing about your stack.

  • 3client-facing surfaces that carry your branding: share link, strategy views, scoped login
  • 2white-label pieces not built: the app on your domain, custom domains for client pages
  • 0credits a client login can spend, because it cannot run audits or generate content

Print the report, get the PDF

Open the report and print. The page restyles itself into a light-themed, paginated document, and export is free and unlimited because your browser is printing a page built to be printed.

Help centre: Branded reports
A read-only client view of the SEO and GEO Blueprint for example.com, headed by a line saying it was shared by your SEO team, with a print button and the numbered strategy sections starting below it.
A share link opens this with no login and none of the app around it, so the client reads the strategy and the print button, not your tooling.
  • Set branding once per project

Set a project's branding once and the share pages and strategy views a client opens carry it. The deliverable carries your brand, the working tool you log into carries ours.

  • Read-only links with no login

Every website can produce a read-only link to its latest report: grade, categories, recommendations, nothing about your account. Re-running an audit updates the same URL, and links rotate, revoke or expire.

  • Client logins scoped on the server

A client invite creates a read-only login that sees exactly the projects you assign, with the scoping enforced server-side per project. Client users cannot run audits, generate content or see costs.

  • Your stack stays out of view

No client surface can reach your other clients, your costs or the working tools, and client logins receive no lifecycle emails from us. The relationship voice stays yours.

How it works

The sequence, start to finish. Read it in order: each step assumes the one above it has already run.

  1. Set the branding

Do it once per project, before the first deliverable, and every client-facing surface picks it up from there.

  2. Choose the client's surface

A share link for sending a report today, strategy views for the ongoing engagement, a scoped login for the monthly check-in.

  3. Send the deliverable

Print the branded PDF for the meeting and send the share link beside it: the PDF is true that day, the link stays current.

The action plan the client sees inside a shared report: 0 of 12 done as a progress figure, above a 6 high, 5 medium, 1 low split by priority.
Under the split, a tick box against each repair with the URL it applies to. The same plan is what the client opens and what the account manager reports against, so progress is one number rather than two accounts of it.

The other ways people do this

What each approach does, and what happens here instead. Mechanism only, never an outcome claim.

Rebuilding the report in a deckHow it worksNumbers get copied out of the tool into slides once a month. The deck carries your brand because you built every page of it, and it is stale the morning after the meeting.HereThe report page prints itself as a paginated light document, and the share link beside it stays current as audits re-run.
Sending the tool's own reportHow it worksThe client reads a deliverable with the vendor's name across it, and the next question in the meeting is which tool you use and what it costs.HereBranding is set once per project and the client-facing surfaces carry it. The working app stays on your side of the relationship.
Giving the client a seat in the toolHow it worksA full login opens the workspace: other clients, credits, the working surfaces. Scope then depends on what nobody happens to click.HereA client invite is read-only and scoped per project on the server, and client users cannot run audits, generate content or see costs.
A branded portal on your own domainHow it worksThe whole application served under your name and DNS. It is the strongest form of white-label and it is a different build from branded deliverables.HereNot built, and not sold. Branded PDFs, per-project branding and scoped client access are live; the app on your domain and custom domains are not.

Questions people ask

The ones that decide whether this fits, answered with the verdict first.

Is this full white-label?
No, and the line is documented. Live today: branded PDF reports, per-project branding on client-facing surfaces, scoped client access. Not built: the app under your own domain, custom domains for client pages. Don't pitch those two until they ship.
What does a branded report cost?
Nothing beyond the audit that produced it. Printing the PDF, creating a share link, rotating it and re-opening a stored report are free. The audit itself is one credit.
Do I need a developer?
No. Branding is a project setting, the PDF comes out of your browser's print dialog, and a share link is one button. Nothing here needs DNS, a subdomain or a template.
Can a client see my other clients or my costs?
No. Every client-facing surface is read-only and scoped, so no client surface reaches your other clients, your pricing or the working tools, and nothing a client does can spend your credits.
What does a share link expose?
The latest report for that one site, read-only. Sharing is off by default, a link can be given an expiry, and rotating it kills the old link immediately.
How do I end a client's access when the engagement stops?
Rotate or revoke the share link and the old URL dies at once, and links can carry an expiry. Client logins are assigned project by project, so removing the assignment ends what they open.
Can I resell this under my brand?
Yes, at the deliverable level. Reports, share pages and the client's reading experience carry your brand, and what you charge is yours to set. The app you log into stays under ours.

Where this fits

  • Technical SEO audit

One crawl grades your site A+ to F across eight categories and turns every failure into a fix with its URLs attached.

  • Rank tracking

Positions refresh weekly, per domain and market. Each keyword builds a series from its first check, so you read drift rather than one reading.

  • Integrations

Connect WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Webflow, Wix, Ghost, GoHighLevel, Snapps or a git repository. Every publish is verified by fetching the public URL.
