1When someone asks if it's working
Answer "is it working?" from one page.
You've had Analytics open in one tab and Search Console in another, and tried to stitch them into one answer. Here each website gets one page with three tabs: all traffic, AI search traffic and Google traffic, for the range you pick. You'll have your answer before the call starts.
- Visits by channel and landing page
- Google clicks by search and by page
- The range you pick carries across all three tabs

2The visits you couldn't see
See what ChatGPT and Perplexity send you.
You've heard people find sites through ChatGPT now, but in Analytics those visits sit inside referral traffic. Here they're pulled out and named, twelve assistants in all, with their share of every visit. You'll know if AI search is sending anyone, and to which pages.
- Visits split by assistant, from ChatGPT to Phind
- Their share of all your visits
- The pages AI visitors landed on

3Which searches pay off
See which searches bring the clicks.
You've wondered which searches actually send people, not just which ones you show up for. Every search comes with its clicks, how often you were shown, the share who clicked and your average position. You'll see which pages earn their keep.

4Good month or bad month
Know if the month was better or worse.
You've looked at a number and not known if it was good. Visits, clicks and position each sit beside the period before, with the word better or worse next to them. For position, lower counts as better, and it's marked that way.
- 28 days, 3 months or 12 months
- Visits and clicks against the period before
- Better or worse said in words, not colour

5The client report
A monthly Search Console email your client can read.
You've copied numbers into slides for a client call. Add your client's email once and a Search Console report reaches them every month, with twelve months side by side and the pages gaining and losing clicks, so you stop building it by hand.
- Monthly, to the email addresses you add
- Pages gaining and losing clicks
- Twelve complete months, month by month

6Letting it in
Connect Google without handing over the keys.
You've been wary of tools that ask for access to your Google accounts. This one reads reports and changes nothing. A workspace manager connects once per website and picks it from a list, with the match to your web address marked Suggested.
- Read-only, nothing changed in Google
- Pick this site's Search Console and Analytics from a list
- Teammates and clients read it without connecting anything

And the small stuff, handled
Free to read. Opening Site traffic uses no credits.
Fresh within six hours. Numbers are saved for up to six hours, and a manager can press Refresh.
Send the exact view. The tab and the range stay in the link, so a colleague sees what you see.
Search Console on its own. No Analytics yet? The Google tab still fills in.
An estimate, clearly marked. Before Search Console is connected, the Google tab shows estimated traffic from your audit, labelled as one.
Disconnect in one step. It removes our access at Google and deletes the saved sign-in.

Questions people ask
What can SearchBlueprint see in my Google accounts?
Reports, read-only, and nothing else. It reads the Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reports for the properties you pick, plus the email of the Google account that connected them. It can't change a setting in either.
How fresh are the numbers?
Analytics runs to yesterday. Google search numbers run about three days behind, because that's when Google's own figures settle. A saved report is kept for up to six hours, and a workspace manager can press Refresh to ask Google again sooner.
Which AI assistants does it count?
Twelve: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, Mistral, You.com, Poe and Phind. A visit counts when Analytics records the assistant as where it came from. If an assistant hides that, Analytics files the visit as direct, and we can't count it either.
Does it show sales or conversions?
No. It shows visits, AI assistant visits and Google clicks. Conversions, revenue and other search engines stay in your own analytics.
What if the website has no Google Analytics?
The Google tab still works from Search Console on its own. All traffic and AI search traffic need Google Analytics 4 on that website.
Who can see it, and who can change the connection?
Everyone in the workspace can read it, clients included. Only workspace managers can connect, choose properties, refresh or disconnect.
