Look inside before you download
You've lost track of which page got a new title. Four tabs put every page on one row, old tags beside new, with the columns SearchBlueprint's on-page export writes.

On-Page Mapping
One row per page: its type, the primary, secondary, local and AI search keywords, the current and optimized title, description and H1, and the key H2s. Titles past 60 characters and descriptions past 160 turn amber.

Meta Title Status: OKWrite the new tags beside the old
You've sent a developer notes and got questions back. Write each new title, description and H1 next to the current one, add the links, then turn every change into a task.
- 1
Start with the pages you have
List your live pages first, then the ones you plan to build, and set Page Type to match.
- 2
Write the new tags beside the old
Paste each page's current title, description and H1, then write the optimized version next to them. A cell turns amber past 60 or 160 characters, so you can see what may get cut off.
- 3
Add the links between pages
On Internal Links, note each link you want: the page it goes on, the page it points to and the anchor text.
- 4
Turn the changes into tasks
Add a task for every field that changes. A missing value is High, a changed one Medium. A page you're building gets one task: create it.

On-page plan
You'd rather not write every title by hand. On a paid plan, SearchBlueprint writes a row per page from the keywords you've confirmed, with the links between pages and the task list.

Questions people ask
How long should a meta title be?
About 60 characters. That's a display guide, not a Google rule: Google cuts titles by pixel width, so a title full of wide letters can be cut sooner. Check a flagged one in the SERP snippet preview.
And the meta description?
About 160 characters, for the same reason. Google also rewrites descriptions it doesn't find useful, so write one that answers the search.
Does it open in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, or use Excel. The dropdowns and the length flags come with it.
Can SearchBlueprint fill it in for me?
Yes, on a paid plan. It writes a row for each page in your keyword map from the keywords you've confirmed, and exports the same three tabs as a Google Sheet.
