SEO for Lovable sites

Paste one prompt into your Lovable project and Lovable builds a blog in your site's own design, then connects it to SearchBlueprint by itself. No API key, no repository, nothing to copy back.

Writing opens to customers in October.

Beta. This connector has not yet been watched connecting a real Lovable project end to end, which is why this page carries the beta label. The tile stays greyed on the Publishing grid until that happens.

Publishing to Lovable

The prompt has Lovable build three things on your site: a posts table in Lovable Cloud, an edge function that receives articles, and blog pages at /blog in your site's design. Each article is sent to the edge function signed with a secret only your site and SearchBlueprint hold, and stored with its body, SEO title, meta description, hero image and structured data. New connections publish as drafts, which stay hidden until published live.

Connect Lovable
  1. 1

    Copy the prompt

In the project's Publishing tab, choose Lovable and copy the prompt. It carries a one-time token that works for 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Paste it into Lovable

Paste the prompt into your Lovable project's chat and send it. Lovable builds the posts table, the edge function and the blog pages, then connects the site.

  3. 3

    Publish in Lovable

When the Publishing tab says Connected, click Publish in Lovable so the blog goes live on your domain.

  • One prompt connects the site

The prompt carries a one-time token. Lovable builds the blog, deploys the edge function and calls it once, and the function connects itself. The Publishing tab turns to Connected without anything copied back.

  • Every delivery is signed

Articles reach your site with an HMAC signature and a timestamp. The edge function refuses anything unsigned, tampered with or older than five minutes, and the signing secret never appears in the prompt or your code.

  • Re-publishing updates the same post

Every delivery carries the article's id, so publishing an article again updates the post in place instead of adding a copy.

  • Articles come off a planned calendar

Plan items on the content calendar and write them two ways: click Write on a card, or let Auto-write pick each one up at midnight on its calendar date. Both run the same researched pipeline, which drafts the article and then revises it against the content score across sweeps.

  • Every article is scored before you ship it

The content score runs 36 fixed checks in 6 categories, with no randomness anywhere: the same page always produces the same score. Each check comes back as a pass, a warn or a fail, and each failure names its specific fix.

What it won’t do on Lovable

Better to know before your first publish.

  • Lovable sites render in the browser, so articles are seen by search engines that run JavaScript, which Google does, and missed by crawlers that do not.

  • How an article looks follows your site's own design and Tailwind Typography, so the styling is Lovable's to change, not ours.

What SearchBlueprint does for a Lovable site

A planning tool, not an editor: it doesn't change your Lovable settings. It crawls your site and tells you which searches to go after and which page should win each one.

Try each one below, on SearchBlueprint’s own plan for its own site

1Starting from a blank list

Your keyword list, started from your own site.

Most keyword tools hand you thousands of phrases. Your plan starts from your own Lovable site instead: the searches you already show up for, and the ones a site like yours could rank for.

  • Your current position for each search you rank for
  • Searches a site like yours could rank for, marked not ranking yet
  • Monthly searches and cost per click for each keyword

2Which page gets which search

Give each search its own page.

You've watched two of your own pages chase the same search and neither win. Every keyword you confirm goes to one page. Where two pages compete, you're told which ones, and where nothing fits, the plan suggests a page to create.

  • One main keyword per page, across the site
  • A warning when two of your pages compete
  • Pages to create, where no page answers a search

3What people ask ChatGPT

Questions to answer for ChatGPT and AI Mode.

People ask ChatGPT full questions, not two-word searches. From the keywords you pick, your plan drafts the questions a buyer might ask and ties each one to a page. You keep the ones that sound like your customers.

  • Questions for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Mode
  • Each question tied to a page
  • Remove any that don't sound like your customers

4On a paid plan

A title and description for every page.

Confirm your keywords once and every page gets a title and a meta description in one list, ready to paste into Lovable's title and description fields. Your Lovable site only changes when you paste them in.

  • A row for every page, not just the homepage
  • Based on the keywords you confirmed for each page
  • New pages to consider, listed with your current ones

Questions people ask

Do I need an API key or a GitHub repository?

No. The prompt carries a one-time token, and the edge function saves its own signing secret when it connects. Nothing is copied back into SearchBlueprint.

Lovable finished, but SearchBlueprint still says waiting. What now?

Lovable could not call the edge function itself. Ask it for the function URL, paste that into the connect window, and SearchBlueprint finishes the connection from its side.

Why is this page marked beta?

Because the connector has not yet been watched connecting a real Lovable project end to end. The tile stays greyed on the Publishing grid until that happens, and the label drops the day it does.
