What it does
Your account has one workspace. Inside it, each client website is a project. Everything you run - audits, keywords, rankings, content, tasks - belongs to a project, and every project belongs to your workspace.
The three roles
| Role | Sees | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Everything in the workspace | Everything, including billing and inviting people |
| Member | Everything in the workspace | Run audits, generate content, manage projects. Not billing. |
| Client | Only the projects they are assigned | Read those projects. Nothing else. |
A client user assigned to one project cannot see, list, or reach any other project in your workspace. That is enforced when the data is read, not by hiding menu items.
If someone only needs to read a report, a share link is simpler than an invite - no account required at all.
How to run it
Add a project. Projects, then New project. It is a short wizard: site details, then market, then create. Give it a colour and a group name if you run enough clients to need them.
Invite a colleague. Team, then invite by email as admin or member.
Invite a client. Open the project, then invite them as a client user. They are scoped to that project only.
Organise. Projects can be grouped and coloured. Archive the ones you have finished with instead of deleting them; the history stays.
Reading the results
Each project has its own dashboard: latest grade, audit history, rankings, keyword map, content plan, tasks, and integrations. The project switcher moves between clients without losing your place.
The insights feed compares across your projects, which is the view that answers "which client needs attention this week".
Limits and cost
- Seats depend on your plan. See Plans, credits and what counts as usage.
- Client users do not consume a seat in the same way team members do.
- Archiving is free and reversible.
When it goes wrong
A teammate cannot see a project. Check they accepted their invite and are a member rather than a client user.
A client says the link is not working. Client invites and share links are different things. A client invite requires them to create an account; a share link does not.
You see a 404 on a project you expected. You are signed into a different workspace than the one that owns it. Check the account menu.
